区域空间结构是区域发展的现实反映,同时区域空间结构是否合理也反作用于区域的发展。区域政策是影响区域空间结构的重要因素之一,其制定得到了各地政府的广泛重视。近年来,由于广东省区域发展不平衡问题日益突出,尤其表现在粤东西北地区与珠三角地区之间的巨大差距上,广东省政府加大对粤东西北地区的政策支持,希望通过区域政策来优化粤东西北的空间结构以此达到振兴粤东西北的目的。
