基于Simulink的汽车前照灯电机控制方法研究

摘要 步进电机因其成本低,体积小在汽车前灯自动调平系统(ALS)中广泛使用,前灯对调光系统有很高的精度要求,但由于步进电机的特性,容易出现堵转、失步的现象,因此对步进电机系统的定位准确度进行控制,对实际控制系统有着重要作用。本文通过添加位置反馈对步进电机实现高精度闭环控制,根据建立的步进电机数学模型,设计了步进电机闭环控制的参数模糊自整定PID控制器和普通PID控制器。通过Simulink仿真和实验结果表明,模糊PID控制在步进电机跟踪给定位置时的控制效果优于普通PID控制。 Because of its low cost and small size, stepper motors are widely used in automobile headlight automatic leveling systems(ALS). Headlights have high precision requirements for light adjustment systems, but due to the characteristics of stepper motors, they are prone to stall rotation, out of step phenomenon, so controlling the positioning accuracy of the stepper motor system plays an important role in the actual control system. In this paper, high-precision closed-loop control of the stepper motor is realized by adding position feedback. According to the established mathematical model of the stepper motor, a parameter fuzzy self-tuning PID controller and an ordinary PID controller for the closed-loop control of the stepper motor are designed. Simulink simulation and experimental results show that the control effect of fuzzy PID control is better than that of ordinary PID control when the stepper motor tracks a given position.
