微波感应效果影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Microwave Induction Effect

摘要 为识别和深度理解影响微波感应效果的因素,提升微波感应产品的稳定性和可靠性,提升设计效率,本文通过理论与实践相结合,介绍了微波感应工作原理及相关指标计算方法、微波电路及其功能、微波印制电路板(PCB)布局注意要点,分析了影响微波感应效果的各类设计因素和环境因素,并通过实验进行逐一验证。得出微波感应主要技术参数受发射电感长度、基极覆铜与集电极覆铜尺寸、接收天线面积、PCB材质、屏蔽方式、障碍材质、安装位置、移动对象等因素影响的结论。 The purpose of this paper is to identify and deeply understand the factors affecting the effect of microwave induction, and improve the stability and reliability of microwave induction products. The paper expounds the working principle and related indexes calculation of microwave induction, microwave circuit and its function, and the key points of microwave PCB layout.The design factors and environmental factors affecting the microwave induction effect were investigated and verified by experiments. It is concluded that the main technical parameters of microwave induction are affected by such factors as the emission inductor length, base and collector copper pour size, receiving antenna area, PCB material, shielding mode, barrier material, installation position, and moving objects.
