摘要
介绍了一种独特设计的立体交叉型LED灯丝灯的设计方案。该灯泡内部的灯条在空间分布上呈立体平行轴向交叉形状,以交叉点为中心形成了上下对称的“V”型发光面;而“V”型发光面更加接近传统白炽灯“W”型的灯芯结构,实现了光线在立体空间的全照射,进而优化了市面上常见的“宝塔”型灯丝灯存在的灯下黑、光强分布不均匀、泡壳顶部存在暗区等问题。
This paper introduces a unique design scheme of crossed type LED filament lamp. The light bars inside the bulb are in the shape of three-dimensional parallel axial intersection in spatial distribution, and the upper and lower symmetrical "V" shaped light-emitting surface is formed with the intersection as the center;the "V" type luminous surface is closer to the "W" type wick structure of the traditional incandescent lamp, realizing full illumination of the light in the three-dimensional space, and further optimizing the problems of black under the lamp, uneven light intensity distribution, dark area on the top of the bulb shell and other problems of the common "pagoda" type filament lamp on the market.
