早期肠内外营养支持护理对老年结直肠癌患者术后营养状况及康复效果的影响

Effect of early enteral and parenteral nutrition support on nutritional status and rehabilitation effectiveness in elderly patients with colorectal cancer after surgery

目的探讨早期肠内外营养支持护理对老年结直肠癌患者术后营养状况及康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月间辽宁省营口市中心医院收治的72例老年结直肠癌患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组患者采用单纯肠外营养支持,观察组患者采用早期肠内联合肠外营养支持,比较两组患者营养状况和康复效果。结果两组患者干预前血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白以及转铁蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白以及转铁蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组排气时间、排便时间、进食时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论早期肠内外营养支持护理应用于老年结直肠癌术后患者,能够改善其术后营养状况,利于胃肠功能恢复,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of early enteral and parenteral nutrition support on the nutritional status and rehabilitation effectiveness in elderly patients undergoing surgery after colorectal cancer.Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,72 elderly patients with colorectal cancer treated at Yingkou Central Hospital were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method with 36 patients in each group.The observation group received enteral and parenteral nutrition support while the control group only received parenteral nutrition.The nutritional status and rehabilitation effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum total protein,albumin,prealbumin and transferrin between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of serum total protein,albumin,prealbumin and transferrin were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The time to exhaust,defecation,eating,out-of-bed activity and duration of hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early enteral and parenteral nutrition support can improve nutritional status and promote gastrointestinal function recovery in the elderly patients with colorectal cancer after operation.
