宫颈鳞癌组织整合素β1的表达与患者临床病理特征及预后相关分析

Relationship between the expression of integrin β1 and the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in patients with cervical squamous cell cancer

目的探讨子宫颈鳞癌组织癌细胞(TCs)和肿瘤相关内皮细胞(TRECs)中整合素β1的表达及其临床意义。方法选取2008年1月至2018年12月间石河子大学医学院第一附属医院收治的80例子宫颈鳞癌患者,采用免疫组织化学法分别测定TCs和TRECs中整合素β1的表达,并分析其与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果整合素β1在肿瘤直径≥2cm的子宫颈鳞癌患者TCs中阳性表达率高于肿瘤直径<2cm者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在有深部间质浸润患者TRECs中阳性表达率高于无深部间质浸润者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整合素β1在子宫颈鳞癌组织TCs和TRECs中的表达与患者总生存时间和无瘤生存时间均相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。整合素β1在子宫颈鳞癌组织TCs和TRECs中的阳性表达患者的总生存时间和无瘤生存时间均低于阴性表达患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论整合素β1在子宫颈鳞癌患者中的表达可能与肿瘤直径及浸润相关,且可能与预后有一定相关性,提示整合素β1有可能成为子宫颈鳞癌抗肿瘤治疗新靶点。

Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of integrinβ1 in tumor cells(TCs)and tumor related endothelial cells(TRECs)and the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in patients with cervical squamous cell cancer.Methods Eighty patients with cervical squamous cell cancer were selected at The First Affiliated Hospital of,Shihezi University Medical College from January2018 to December 2018.The expression of integrinβ1 in TCs and TRECs were detected using immunohistochemically staining.The relationship between the expression of integrinβ1 in TCs and TRECs and the clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of integrinβ1 in TCs were higher in tumors with diameter≥2 cm than in tumors with diameter<2 cm(P<0.05).Moreover,the positive expression rate of integrinβ1 in TRECs was significantly higher in tumors with deep stromal infiltration than in tumors without deep stromal infiltration(P<0.05).The expressions of integrinβ1 in TCs and TRECs were associated with overall survival and disease free survival(P<0.05).The overall survival and disease free survival were higher in patients with positive expression of integrinβ1 in TCs and TRECs than in patients with negative expression of integrinβ1 in TCs and TRECs.Conclusion The expression of integrinβ1 may be associated with tumor size and invasion,and may be associated with prognosis to some extent.It is suggested that integrinβ1 may be a new target for anti-tumor therapy for cervical squamous cell cancer.
