医院社区家庭护理对乳腺癌根治术患者术后康复的影响

Effect of hospital-community-family nursing on rehabilitation after radical mastectomy for breast cancer

目的探讨医院-社区-家庭护理对乳腺癌根治术患者术后康复的影响。方法选取2016年4月至2017年9月间山东省立第三医院收治的行乳腺癌根治术治疗的64例女性患者,根据护理方法不同分组,其中,采用医院-社区-家庭一体化护理模式的32例患者纳入观察组,采用常规护理的32例患者纳入对照组。比较两组患者的生活质量、依从性以及满意率。结果观察组患者的生理状况、家庭/社会状况、情感状况、功能状况以及附加关注评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的用药依从性、生活依从性以及护理依从性评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的总满意率为95.2%,高于对照组的81.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院-社区-家庭护理能够为患者提供持续的康复锻炼支持与监护,改善患者的生活质量,提高治疗依从性和满意率。

Objective To explore the effect of Hospital-community-family nursing on rehabilitation after radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods Atotal of 64 patients who underwent radical mastectomy at Shandong Third Hospital from April 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to the nursing patients received,they were divided into an observation group and a control group with 32 patients in each group.The observation group received hospital-community-family integrated nursing and the control group received routine nursing.The quality of life,compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The physiological status,family/social status,emotional status,functional status and additional attention score were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of medication compliance,life compliance and nursing compliance were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate was 95.2%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 81.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital-community-family nursing can provide patients with continuous rehabilitation support and monitoring,significantly improve quality of life,treatment compliance and satisfaction rate after radical mastectomy for breast cancer.
