深海采矿船月池对阻力性能影响的研究 被引量:2

Influence of Moon Pool of Deep-sea Mining Ship on Resistance Performance Based on Numerical Simulation and Model Test

摘要 深海采矿船为了减小作业时设备受波浪力的影响而设置了月池,然而月池会影响船舶的航行性能。论文应用RANS方程和VOF处理自由面的数值模拟方法,研究月池对深海采矿船阻力的影响。在拖曳水池中进行了有月池与无月池条件下的模型阻力试验,对数值计算方法进行了验证。然后基于数值方法开展了3种不同形状月池方案下阻力和航行姿态的研究,获得相应的阻力与兴波特性。研究表明,月池会导致采矿船静水阻力增大,模型阻力增加3%~7%,实船阻力增加6%~12%。 In order to reduce the influence of waves on the equipment on a deep-sea mining vessel,the moon pool is set up,but it will affect the hydrodynamic performance of the vessel.Based on RANS equation and VOF method,numerical simulation is performed to study the influence of the moon pool on the resistance performance of the deep-sea mining vessel.Model tests of resistance with or without the moon pool were carried out in a towing tank to validate the CFD method.Resistance and navigation attitude of the ship with different shapes of the moon pool was studied.It is shown that the moon pool will increase resistance in calm water by 3%~7%for the model ship,and by 6%~12%for the full-scale ship.
