深海采矿水下中继站料仓防溢料结构数值计算与试验研究

Computational and Experimental Study on Anti-overflow Structure of Bunker at Underwater Buffer Station for Deep-sea Mining

摘要 以深海采矿水下中继站料仓的溢料问题为研究对象,开展了料仓溢料数值计算分析。采用两相流模型计算比较不同防溢料结构的优劣,设计了相对应的料仓溢料试验系统并进行验证。数值计算和试验结果均表明,在料仓入料口处安装筒式阻尼装置对降低溢料量有较好的效果,其研究成果对于类似工程的防溢料结构设计和研究有一定参考价值。 Numerical analysis of overflow for virtual prototype of a bunker at the underwater buffer station in deep-sea mining is carried out.A two-phase flow model is applied,and performance of various anti-overflow structures is compared.A test system of the bunker is designed for verification of the numerical results.Simulation and test results show that the bucket damping structure has a fine effect on reducing overflow at the feed port of the bunker,which has a certain reference value for the structural design and research of this type of projects.
