摘要
探讨了TPY-240型提花式插接机的优势和应用实例;结果表明,其可实现插接点预置、自动分交、自动打筘,可满足螺旋环、自生环和无端接口的高速造纸干网插接需求,产品接口满足1750 m/min纸机干燥部的使用要求。
A case study of using the TPY-240 jacquard machine was introduced and the advantages were expounded.The results showed that using the TPY-240 jacquard machine could preset and spice the fixed points for seaming,automatically open sheds,move reed&beat,meeting the needs for inserting different papermaking dryer fabric,i.e.,spiral,pin,and endless loop.The interface of the jacquard machine meets the operating requirement of the dry section of paper machine with speed of 1750 m/min.
