安罗替尼致小细胞肺癌患者间质性肺病1例 被引量：3

摘要 1临床资料患者,男,73岁,身高165 cm,体质量64 kg,KPS评分100,既往无肺部感染、肺栓塞/肺梗死、间质性肺炎、放射性肺炎。2018年6月临床诊断为右肺小细胞癌,予以EP方案(依托泊苷100 mg D1-4,顺铂30 mg D1-4)化疗4周期,复查CT(图1安罗替尼治疗前)示病灶较前增大。更换化疗方案为安罗替尼(12 mg,qd连续服药2周)联合多西他赛(100 mg D1)化疗2周期。
