新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情发生后,我国及时采取了一系列的应急响应措施。作为国家公共卫生应急管理体系中的重要组成部分,药品、疫苗、诊断试剂、医疗器械在科学精准防控中发挥着关键作用。为从药品监管的角度研究加强疫情防控工作,依法科学有序地打赢疫情防控阻击战,本刊特别开设了“疫情防控专题”,为药品领域的专家学者搭建起交流互通的平台,探讨完善重大疫情防控体制机制、健全国家公共卫生应急管理体系的有关问题。

After the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),China adopted a series of emergency response measures in a timely manner.As an important part of the national public health emergency management system,drugs,vaccines,diagnostic reagents,and medical devices play a key role in scientific and accurate prevention and control.In order to study how to strengthen the epidemic prevention and control from the perspective of drug regulation,and to win the battle against the epidemic prevention and control in a law-based,scientific and orderly manner,our journal opens a special column for the epidemic prevention and control to build a platform for communications among experts and scholars in the pharmaceutical field,and to explore issues related to improve the institutions and mechanisms for major epidemic prevention and control and the national public health emergency management system.
