摘要
立体绿化作为一种特殊的绿化形式,在城市绿化系统中发挥着重要作用。上海市北高新技术服务业园区立体绿化专项规划通过衔接上位规划、横向连接控规、对接现状建设条件,从融合空间、时间、感官等多个维度出发,采用创新的设计手法,以分类、分区、绿色天际线和亮点规划为核心,同时以绿容率、绿段率、绿视率3个立体绿化指标精准控制各地块的绿量和沿道路的整体视觉感受与效果。通过构建具有全方位多维融合体系的立体绿化园区,实现园区整体景观的提升与创新。
As a special form of greening,three-dimensional greening plays an important role in urban greening system.The special threedimensional greening planning of Shanghai North High-tech Service Park adopts innovative design methods,including classified planning,zoning planning,green skyline planning and highlight planning,based on the integration of space,time,sensory and other dimensions,through linking up the upper planning,horizontal connection control planning and docking construction conditions as the core.At the same time,the green volume rate,green segment rate and green vision rate are used to precisely control the green volume of each plot and the overall visual perception and visual effect along the road.By building a three-dimensional greening park with an all-round and multidimensional integration system,the overall landscape of the park can be upgraded and innovated.
