Practice and Consideration on the Design of "Beautiful Home" Human Settlement Landscape Environment Improvement : Taking Fudan Community as the Example

在城市追求高质量发展与精细化管理的过程中,公共人居环境伴随城市更新得到不断提升,而老旧小区的人居景观环境杂乱、拥挤等问题,成为亟须研究的课题。以复旦小区为例,从受众需求、空间结构、功能短板、人车混行、植物种植等方面分析研究小区人居环境的现存问题及突出矛盾。基于以人为本和生态可持续的理念,在满足小区基本功能的基础上,激活场地空间,弥补功能短板,提升植物景观,调动居民共建共治意识等方面进行实践探索,以促进老旧小区人居景观环境更新的可持续发展。

In the process of pursuing high-quality development and fine management in cities,the public human settlements environment has been constantly upgraded with urban renewal,while the old residential landscape environment is chaotic and crowded,which has become an urgent research topic.Taking Fudan Community as the example,this paper analyzes the existing problems and prominent contradictions of the residential environment from the aspects of audience demand,spatial structure,weak point of function,mixed pedestrian and vehicle,planting and so on.Based on the people-oriented and ecological sustainability concept,and meeting the basic functions of the community,the practice of activating site space,making up for functional shortcomings,improving plant landscape,mobilizing residents’awareness of coconstruction and co-governance is explored in order to promote the sustainable development of renewal of human settlements landscape environment in old communities.
