摘要
痛风性肾病是由于血尿酸生成过多或排泄减少形成高尿酸血症所致的肾损害。研究证实,高尿酸血症是痛风性肾病等慢性肾脏病的独立危险因素。痛风性肾病的治疗策略包括控制高尿酸血症和保护肾功能。目前临床使用的抗痛风药物在降低血尿酸水平方面有明显的效果,但具有严重的过敏反应和肝肾损害。而天然产物具有多靶点协同作用的降尿酸和抗炎活性,且安全性高,现已成为抗痛风性肾病新药发现的重要方向。本文作者综述了近十年具有降尿酸及肾保护作用的天然产物及其机制研究进展,以期为抗痛风性肾病的药物研发提供参考。
Gouty nephropathy(GN)refers to renal damage caused by hyperuricemia resulting from excessive production of uric acid in the blood or reduced excretion.Numerous studies have confirmed that hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for chronic kidney diseases such as GN.Treatment strategies for GN involve managing hyperuricemia and safeguarding renal function.Although current clinical use of anti-gout medications effectively reduces blood uric acid levels,they often lead to severe allergic reactions and liver and kidney damage.Natural products possess a multi-target synergistic effect on lowering uric acid levels and exerting anti-inflammatory activities,while maintaining high safety profiles.Therefore,they have become an important focus in the search for new drugs against gouty nephropathy.This review aims to summarize recent research conducted over the past decade on natural products with uric acid-lowering properties and renal protection mechanisms,providing valuable references for drug development in the treatment of gouty nephropathy.
