摘要
目的对莱菔叶千里光(Senecio raphanifolius Wall.ex DC)的化学成分进行研究。方法采用大孔吸附柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、凝胶色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等技术对莱菔叶千里光乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从莱菔叶千里光中分离得到18个化合物,分别为异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(1)、香草酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、5-羟甲基糠酸(4)、绿原酸(5)、苯基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、绿原酸甲酯(7)、蓝花楹酮(8)、对羟基苯乙酸(9)、原儿茶醛(10)、对羟基苯乙酸甲酯(11)、芦丁(12)、千里光内酯(13)、6-羟基香豆素-4-羧酸(14)、油酸酰胺(15)、异鼠李素-3-O-葡萄糖苷(16)、1-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基甘油(17)、(±)-seneciphyllic acid lactone(18)。结论化合物2、4、6、13~15、17、18是首次从千里光属植物中分离得到,化合物14和18是首次从天然产物中发现。
The chemical composition of the alcoholic extracts of Senecio raphanifolius Wall.ex DC was studied by macroreticular resin Diaion HP-20,silica gel chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and semi-prepared HPLC.Eighteen compounds were isolated from S.raphanifolius and identified based on spectral data as isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(1),vanillic acid-4-O-β-D-glucoside(2),protocatechuic acid(3),5-hydroxymethyl-furoic acid(4),chlorogenic acid(5),phenyl-β-D-glucoside(6),methyl chlorogenate(7),jacaranone(8),4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid(9),protocatechualdehyde(10),methyl 4-hydroxyphenylacetate(11),rutin(12),senecio lactone(13),6-hydroxycoumarin-4-carboxylic acid(14),oleamide(15),isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside(16),1-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl glycerol(17)and(±)-seneciphyllic acid lactone(18).Compounds 2,4,6,13-15,17 and 18 were isolated from the genus of Senecio for the first time,and compounds 14 and 18 were new natural products.
