Isolation and identification of chemical constituents from Disporum cantoniense

摘要 目的研究万寿竹(Disporum cantoniense)乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法利用大孔树脂、硅胶、凝胶、高效液相等多种色谱技术对万寿竹乙醇提取物进行分离,依据所分离单体化合物的理化性质与波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从万寿竹乙醇提取物中分离得到22个化合物,分别鉴定为N^(6)-(2-hydroxybenzyl)adenosine(1),chrysoeriol 7-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),2′-β-D-glucopyranosyloxybenzyl-6-α-L-rhamnopyranosyloxy-2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoate(3),berberine(4),dihydroxyisoechinulin A(5),icariin(6),torachrysone-8-O-β-D-glucoside(7),朝藿定C(8),霉酚酸(9),大黄素-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10),(2S)-2,3-dihydroxypropyl-1,6,8-tridihydroxy-3-methyl-9,10-dioxoanthracene-2-carboxylate(11),川陈皮素(12),7,8-dehydro-2-hydroxy-calamenene-14-ol(13),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(14),2-methylsuccinamide(15),adenine(16),原儿茶酸(17),(1′R,3′R,5′R,8′S)-epi-dihydrophaseic acidβ-D-glucoside(18),(3S,5S)-diacetoxy-1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)heptane(19),对羟基苯甲酸(20),核黄素(21),4′-dihydrophaseic acid(22)。结论化合物1~2、4~13、15、17~22为首次从万寿竹属中分离得到。 To study the chemical constituents in ethanol extract of Disporum cantoniense,twenty-two compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods such as macroporous resin,silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,preparative HPLC.On the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral features,the structures of twenty-two compounds were identified as N^(6)-(2-hydroxybenzyl)adenosine(1),chrysoeriol 7-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),2′-β-D-glucopyranosyloxybenzyl-6-α-L-rhamnopyranosyloxy-2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoate(3),berberine(4),dihydroxyisoechinulin A(5),icariin(6),torachrysone-8-O-β-D-glucoside(7),epimedin C(8),mycophenolic acid(9),emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),(2S)-2,3-dihydroxypropyl-1,6,8-ridihydrtoxy-3-methyl-9,10-dioxoanthracene-2-carboxylate(11),nobiletin(12),7,8-dehydro-2-hydroxy-calamenene-14-ol(13),dibutyl phthalate(14),2-methylsuccinamide(15),adenine(16),protocatechuic acid(17),(1′R,3′R,5′R,8′S)-epi-dihydrophaseic acidβ-D-glucoside(18),(3S,5S)-diacetoxy-1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)heptane(19),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(20),riboflavin(21),4′-dihydrophaseic acid(22),respectively.Compounds 1-2,4-13,15,17-22 were obtained from the genus of Disporum Salisb.for the first time.
