摘要
目的研究蝙蝠蛾拟青霉(Paecilomyces hepiali Chen et Dai)菌丝体中的化学成分。方法采用正相硅胶柱、ODS柱色谱法和半制备型高效液相色谱法等分离技术,对蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌丝体的正丁醇层化学成分进行分离、纯化,并通过化合物的理化性质与波谱特征鉴定其结构。结果与结论从蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌丝体的正丁醇层中分离并鉴定了8个已知化合物,分别为2′-O-methyluridine(1)、2′-deoxythymidine(2)、3′-hydroxylgenistein(3)、6-hydroxyl-4″-O-methyldaidzin(4)、N-phenylethylacetamide(5)、cyclo(4-hydroxy-Pro-Phe)(6)、cyclo(Ala-Tyr)(7)、cyclo(Ser-Phe)(8)。化合物1~8均为首次从瓶梗青霉属中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents from Paecilomyces hepiali Chen et Dai.The n-butanol layer of Paecilomyces hepiali Chen et Dai was isolated and purified by chromatographic methods such as silica gel,ODS and semi-preparative HPLC.The compounds were identified by the physicochemical property and spectral features.The results showed that eight compounds were isolated from the n-butanol layer and identified as 2′-O-methyluridine(1),2′-deoxythymidine(2),3′-hydroxylgenistein(3),6-hydroxyl-4″-O-methyldaidzin(4),N-phenylethylacetamide(5),cyclo(4-hydroxy-Pro-Phe)(6),cyclo(Ala-Tyr)(7),cyclo(Ser-Phe)(8),respectively.Compounds 1-8 are all obtained from the genus of Paecilomyces Bain for the first time.
