生产中华蜜蜂优质封盖雄蜂幼虫和雄蜂蛹的最佳时间探究

Study on the optimum time of producing Apis cerana cerana with high quality sealed drone larvae and drone pupa

为了探究不同时间段的雄蜂幼虫和雄蜂蛹的价值,以中华蜜蜂雄蜂封盖幼虫和雄蜂蛹为研究对象,对蜂巢内自然发育成幼虫14d内的变化情况进行调查。结果表明,中华蜜蜂雄蜂封盖幼虫在封盖的第2~5天可取得特级封盖雄蜂幼虫;封盖第6~7天可取得一级雄蜂蛹;封盖第8~10天可取得二级雄蜂蛹;封盖第11~13天可取得三级雄蜂蛹。综合分析表明,封盖后2~7d是生产中华蜜蜂优质封盖雄蜂幼虫和雄蜂蛹的最佳时间,研究结果将为优质雄蜂蛹的开发和利用提供数据参考。

In order to explore the value of drone larvae and pupae in different periods,the sealed larvae and pupae of Apis cerana cerana were taken as the research objects to investigate the changes of naturally developed larvae in the honeycomb within 14 days.The results showed that the sealed larvae of Apis cerana cerana could obtain the specialgrade sealed larvae on the 2 to 5 day after sealing,the first drone pupae can be obtained from the 6 to 7 day,secondary drone pupae can be obtained from the 8 to 10 days,three-stage drone pupae can be obtained from the 11 to 13 days.Comprehensive analysis showed that 2-7 days after sealing was the best time to produce high quality sealed drone larvae and pupae of Apis cerana cerana.The results will provide data reference for the development and utilization of drone pupae.
