高炉混合喷吹用生物质燃料可磨性及燃烧性能分析 被引量:13

Analysis on grindability and combustion performance of biomass fuel for mixed injection of blast furnace

摘要 为探讨生物质燃料应用于高炉喷吹的可行性,缓解高炉能源与环境问题,将干燥后的生物质燃料(花生壳)与高炉喷吹煤粉按不同比例进行混和破碎,并分别对破碎物料进行理化性能检测和燃烧过程分析,研究不采用传统干馏制炭工艺条件下,生物质燃料用于高炉喷吹的可行性。研究表明,花生壳的适量添加有利于提高混合物料的可磨性指数,同时降低灰分和煤粉中硫含量,有利于冶炼工艺控制;并且显著降低混合物料在挥发分析出燃烧与固定碳燃烧阶段的活化能,从而促进燃料燃烧,当添加20%的花生壳时,混合物料中固定碳的燃烧温度相比无烟煤降低了约40℃。 In order to explore the feasibility of biomass fuel for blast furnace injection and alleviate the problems of energy and environment, the dried biomass fuel(peanut shell)was mixed with the pulverized coal injection into blast furnace at different rates and crushed, and the physical and chemical properties of the crushed materials were tested and the combustion process was analyzed. And the feasibility of biomass fuel for blast furnace injection without the traditional carbonization process was studied. The results showed that the proper addition of peanut shell was beneficial to improve the grindability index of the mixed materials, and reduce the ash content and sulfur content of coal powder, which is beneficial to the smelting process control. Moreover, the activation energy of the mixed material in the volatilization analysis combustion stage and the fixed carbon combustion stage was significantly reduced, so as to promote the fuel combustion. When 20% peanut shell was added, the combustion temperature of the fixed carbon in the mixed material was reduced by about 40 ℃ compared with anthracite.
