摘要
为扩大炼焦煤资源,太钢对蒙古焦煤进行了新资源开发,主要研究蒙古焦煤的煤质特性、结焦性能及其与现有配煤体系的适配性。试验结果表明,蒙古焦煤属于低硫的单一煤层煤,G值和Y值较高,变质程度偏低,煤质为介于肥煤和焦煤二者之间的过渡煤。单种煤结焦性能较好,焦炭的热态强度略差;蒙古焦煤露天存放时,黏结指数有小幅下降的趋势,露天存放时间不宜超过15天;蒙古焦煤与国内优质焦煤仍有一定的差异,配煤时应根据资源情况优化配用。
To expand the coking coal resources, TISCO carried out new resource development for Mongolian charred coal, mainly studying the coal quality characteristics, coking performance of Mongolian charred coal and its adaptability to the existing coal blending system. The results indicated Mongolian charred coal belonged to low-sulfur single coal seam coal with high G value and Y value, and low metamorphism degree, which was transitional coal between fat coal and charred coal. The coking performance of single coal was better, but the thermal strength of coke was slightly worse. When Mongolian charred coal was stored in the open air, the caking index decreased slightly, and the open storage time should not exceed 15 days. There was still a certain difference between Mongolian charred coal and domestic high quality charred coal, so the blending of Mongolian charred coal should be optimized according to the resource situation.
