摘要
目的 研究对高强度间歇运动(high-intensity interval training,HIIT)改善肥胖人群减肥效果的相关文献进行Meta分析,选择BMI、腰围和体脂率三个指标来评价HIIT的干预效果,以探索最佳的HIIT减肥运动方案。方法在中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Data)、 PubMed、 Web Of Science、EBSCO host、 Embase、 the Cochrane Library数据库,以“高强度间歇运动(high-intensity interval training)”,“超重、肥胖(Overweight、Obesity)”,“儿童、青少年、学生、成人(pediatric、children、student、Adults)”,“随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)”为主题词进行检索。运用Stata15软件对纳入的30篇文献进行统计分析。结果 HIIT可显著改善肥胖人群的体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)(WMD=-1.376, 95%CI:-1.727~-1.025, Z=7.69, P<0.01)、腰围(WMD=-2.163,95%CI:-3.406~-0.920, Z=3.41, P<0.01)和体脂率(WMD=-1.770, 95%CI:-2.139~-1.402,Z=9.41,P<0.01)。结论 HIIT对肥胖人群能产生有效的减脂效益,能显著改善身体成分,降低体脂含量。研究可为超重和肥胖人群采用HIIT进行减脂训练提供可靠依据。
Objective To systematically review the effect of high-intensity interval training(HIIT) on weight loss of individuals with overweight or obesity by observing the change of BMI, waist circumference and body fat rate. study the meta-analysis of the relevant literature on the effect of high-intensity interval training(HIIT) on improving the weight loss of obese people, and select BMI, waist circumference and body fat rate to evaluate the intervention effect of HIIT, so as to explore the best HIIT weight loss exercise program. Methods Topic related literatures were extensively searched in CNKI,WanFangData, PubMed, web of science, EBSCO host, EMBASE and the Cochrane library databases, using keywords of “high intensity interval training”, “overweight and obesity”, “children, adolescents, students, adults”(Pediatrics, children,students, adults) ", “Randomized controlled trial(RCT)”. Stata 15 software was used to statistically analyze the 30 included literatures. Results HIIT could significantly improve BMI(WMD =-1. 376, 95% CI:-1. 727--1. 025, z = 7. 69,P < 0. 01), waist circumference(WMD =-2. 163, 95% CI:-3. 406--0. 92, z = 3. 41, P < 0. 01) and body fat ratio(WMD =-1. 770, 95% CI:-2. 139--1. 402, z = 9. 41, P < 0. 01) of individuals with overweight or obesity.Conclusion HIIT can effectively reduce fat in obese people, significantly improve body composition. This review provides a reliable evidence for people with overweight and obesity to achieve weight loss by HIIT.
