某医学院校学生手机冷落行为现状及影响因素调查

The phubbing behavior of medical college students and its influential factors

目的分析医学院校学生手机冷落行为现状及影响因素,为采取早期干预措施提供依据。方法2021年4月,本研究采用分层整群取样方法,使用《中国大五人格问卷》《大学生错失焦虑症量表》《大学生羞怯量表》《大学生手机冷落行为量表》,对某全日制医学院校439名医学生进行调查。结果医学生每天使用手机时间为(6.21±2.41)h,手机冷落行为得分(2.59±0.62)分,女生的手机冷落行为高于男生,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.326,P<0.05);神经质可以正向预测手机冷落行为,有统计学意义(β=0.24,P<0.01);中介分析结果显示,错失焦虑在神经质与手机冷落行为之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的43.18%;调节效应结果显示,神经质与羞怯的交互项(β=-0.14,t=-3.53,P<0.01)和错失焦虑与羞怯的交互项(β=0.08,t=2.04,P<0.05)对手机冷落行为的预测作用有统计学意义。结论神经质、错失焦虑和羞怯是影响医学生手机冷落行为的重要因素。

Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of phubbing behavior of medical college students,so as to provide empirical evidence for early intervention.Methods In April 2021,a stratified cluster sampling method was used to recruit a total of 439 students in a medical university,and a survey was conducted using neuroticism scale,fear of missing out scale,shyness scale and phubbing behavior scale.Results On average,medical students spent(6.21±2.41)hours on their mobile phones a day,and the average score of phubbing behavior was(2.59±0.62),which was significantly higher in female students than that in males(t=-2.326,P<0.05).Neuroticism could positively predict phubbing behavior(β=0.24,P<0.01).The results of mediation analysis showed that fear of missing out played a partial mediating role between neuroticism and phubbing behavior,and the mediating effect accounted for 43.18%of the total effect.The analysis of moderating effects showed that the interaction of neuroticism and shyness and the interaction of fear of missing out and shyness could significantly predict phubbing behavior(β=-0.14,t=-3.53,P<0.01;β=0.08,t=2.04,P<0.05).Conclusions Neuroticism,fear of missing out and shyness are important factors affecting phubbing behavior of medical students.
