辽宁省2017-2019年流感暴发疫情流行特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of influenza outbreaks in Liaoning in 2017-2019

目的分析辽宁省2017-2019年监测年流感暴发疫情的流行病学特征,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法收集2017-2019年"中国流感监测信息系统"和"突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统"中上报的流感暴发疫情信息,对其时间、地区、场所、病毒型别等进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2017-2019年,辽宁省共报告流感暴发/突发疫情33起,累计报告发病数684例,平均罹患率为2.22%(0.38%~40.82%),无死亡病例;不同暴发规模的罹患率差异有统计学意义(χ2=121.485,P<0.05)。疫情主要发生于11和12月,报告22起,占总起数的63.64%;且主要集中于中小学,报告31起,占总起数的93.94%;疫情的病毒型别与同期流行的季节性流感型别相一致。结论辽宁省的暴发疫情具有明显的季节性,冬春季高发;中小学是流感暴发的主要场所,以市区学校为主。

Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristics of influenza outbreaks in Liaoning in 2017-2019,and to provide evidence for disease prevention and control.Methods Data of influenza outbreaks during 2017 and 2019 were retrieved from China Influenza Surveillance System and China Public-Health Emergency Management System.A descriptive epidemiological analysis was performed to analyze the tempo-spatial characteristics of the outbreaks and viral type/subtype was also discussed.Results During 2017 and 2019,a total of 33 influenza outbreaks were reported in Liaoning with 684 cases and average incidence of 2.22%(0.38%-40.82%).No case died from the outbreaks.The incidence varied significantly among each outbreaks(χ~2=121.485,P<0.05).The peak season of the outbreaks was in November and December,accounting for 63.64%of the total.93.94%of the outbreaks occurred in primary and middle schools.The virus types of the outbreaks were consistent with the seasonal influenza type circulating at the time of outbreaks.Conclusions Influenza outbreaks in Liaoning have obvious peak seasons,usually in winter and spring.Majority of influenza outbreaks occur in primary and middle schools,especially in urban schools.
