2006-2017年湖州市无偿献血人群HIV感染情况分析

Prevalence of HIV infection among blood donors in Huzhou in 2006-2017

目的分析湖州市无偿献血人群中人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的感染情况和HIV感染者的人群特征,为制定HIV防控策略提供依据。方法选取2006-2017年湖州市无偿献血人群中HIV感染者的检测情况进行分析。结果参加无偿献血者共325926人次,HIV感染率为6.14/10万。其中男性感染率为9.85/10万(19/192981),显著高于女性的感染率0.75/10万(1/132945);街头个人自愿参加献血人群中,抗-HIV阳性率为14.26/10万(17/119174),显著高于团体招募献血人群的1.45/10万(3/206752);小学文化程度的感染率最高为17.95/10万(2/11141),随着文化程度的增高,HIV感染呈现一定的下降趋势,但大专及本科人群的阳性率较高,达6.71/10万(8/119241);再次献血人群HIV感染率显著高于初次献血人群;外地户籍献血人群HIV感染率高于本地。结论应采取综合性干预措施,保障临床用血安全。

Objective To understand the HIV infection among blood donors in Huzhou.Methods Data of 325926 blood donors were retrospectively analyzed for HIV infection in Huzhou from 2006 to 2017.Results The overall HIV infection rate was 6.14/100,000.The infection rate was 9.85/100000(19/192981)in male donors,which was significantly higher than the rate of 0.75/100000(1/132945)in female ones.The anti-HIV positive rate was higher in randomly recruited individual donors(17/119174)than in group donors(3/206752)(14.26/100000 vs 1.45/100000).The infection rate was the highest of 17.95/100000(2/11141)among blood donors with elementary school education.In general,with the increase of education level,HIV infection rate showed a downward trend,however,it went higher of 6.71/100000(8/119241)among blood donors with bachelor degrees.The HIV infection rates were higher among those with multiple blood donations and non-local residents compared with first time blood donors and local residents.Conclusions Comprehensive intervention should be proposed to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
