望江县2014-2017年60岁以上老年人死因分析

Analysis on the causes of death among residents aged 60 years and above in Wangjiang county in 2014-2017

目的分析望江县2014-2017年≥60岁老年人死因,为老年人群的疾病预防控制工作提供依据。方法利用望江县全人群死因监测报告数据,对望江县2014-2017年≥60岁老年人死因进行描述性分析。结果2014-2017年望江县≥60岁老年人口累计366691人,占总人口17.14%,老年人口累计死亡11046人,死亡率为30.12‰,随着年龄的增长死亡率呈上升趋势,各年龄段死亡率男性均高于女性。死因顺位前5类疾病分别是心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒,占总死亡数的95.56%。不同年龄段其死因顺位不同,其中80岁以前死因排第一位是恶性肿瘤,80岁以后是心血管疾病。疾病死亡率前5位分别是冠心病、慢阻肺、脑出血、肺癌、脑梗死。其中慢阻肺、肺癌的死亡率,男性高于女性,而冠心病的死亡率是女性高于男性。结论望江县人口老龄化程度严重,慢性病是老年人主要死亡原因,尤其是恶性肿瘤对生命威胁程度较高,应针对性开展老年人的慢性病防治工作。

Objective To analyze the death cause of residents aged 60 years and older in Wangjiang County during 2014 and 2017,and to provide scientific evidence for the disease prevention and control of the elderly.Methods The cause of death of the elderly in wangjiang county from 2014 to 2017 was descriptively analyzed based on data about death cause of the whole population recorded in the surveillance system in Wangjiang County.Results From 2014 to 2017,there were 366691 senior residents aged 60 years and over in Wangjiang county,accounting for 17.14%of the total population.11046 seniors died with the overall death rate of 30.12‰.The mortality rates increased along with age,and were higher in men than in women in all age groups.The top five causes of deaths were cardiovascular diseases,malignant tumors,cerebrovascular diseases,respiratory diseases,injuries and poisoning,accounting for 95.56%of the total deaths.The leading cause of death varied in different age groups.Malignant tumors were the number one killers for the elderly of 60-80 years old,while cardiovascular diseases were the top first for those over 80 years old.The diseases with top five mortality rates were coronary heart disease,COPD,cerebral hemorrhage,lung cancer,and cerebral infarction.Among them,the mortality rate of COPD and lung cancer were higher in men than in women,while the mortality rate of coronary heart disease was higher in women than in men.Conclusions The whole population in Wangjiang County is aging and chronic diseases are the leading causes of death of the elderly,especially malignant tumors.Therefore,prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the elderly should be strengthened.
