摘要
目的对浦江县3~6岁儿童抗菌药物应用情况与父母对抗菌药物的认知状况进行调查,为进一步加强儿童抗菌药物的管理提供参考依据。方法随机选取浦江县2017年3所医院与4所幼儿园的503例3~6岁儿童家长为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查。结果503例儿童中β-内酰胺类抗菌药物的使用率最高,达到88.47%(445/503);发烧为儿童使用抗菌药物最多的用药指征,使用率达到62.03%。口服为使用抗菌药物最多的给药方式,使用率达到55.27%。家长对滥用抗菌药物的危害认知不全面,有20.48%的儿童家长对这4种危害均不知晓。有48.31%的家长自行给儿童使用抗菌药物,51.69%的家长遵循医嘱使用抗菌药物;在自行给儿童使用抗菌药物的儿童家长中,有38.27%知晓抗菌药物的相互作用并联用抗菌药物,有48.15%不知晓抗菌药物的相互作用联用抗菌药物。结论浦江县3~6岁儿童存在滥用抗菌药物的问题,且儿童家长对抗菌药物的种类、给药途径及其危害缺乏正确的认知,需开展此方面的知识普及教育。
Objective To understand the current status of antibiotics usage of children aged 3-6 years and parent awareness in Pujiang County,and to provide evidence for the management and control of antibiotics usage in children.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 503 parents with 3-6 year old children randomly selected from 3 hospitals and 4 kindergartens in Pujiang County in 2017.Results Among the 503 participants,the usage rate ofβ-lactam antibiotics was the highest of 8.50%(445/503).Fever was the most common clinical indicator for the use of antibiotics in children,with the uage rate of 62.03%.Oral administration was the most common route for antibiotics use,with the utilization rate of 55.26%.Parents were not fully aware about the dangers of antibiotics abuse,and 20.47%of parents were unaware about the four hazards.Almost half(48.31%)of parents gave antibiotics to their children on their own,only 51.31%of parents gave antibiotics to their children as prescribed.Among parents who gave antibiotics to children on their own,38.27%were aware about the interaction of combined use of antibiotics,while 48.14%were not.Conclusions Antibiotics abuse is common among children aged 3-6 years in Pujiang County and their parents are lack of proper understanding of the types,routes of administration and hazards of antibiotics.
