以媒体为基础健康教育在系统性红斑狼疮患者中应用效果研究

New media-based health education intervention in patientswith systemic lupus erythematosus

目的探究以新媒体为基础健康教育在系统性红斑狼疮患者(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)中的应用效果,为临床上此类患者的治疗及康复提供借鉴。方法选取2015年7月至2018年2月在杭州市第三人民医院接受治疗的SLE患者82例,根据随机数表法将所有患者分为对照组41例,观察组41例。对照组患者实施常规健康教育,观察组患者实施以新媒体为基础的健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育后对SLE知识的掌握情况、生活质量评分及满意度。结果观察组患者接受健康教育后对SLE知识的掌握情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.214、4.467、4.315、3.942、3.856,P均<0.05);健康教育后,观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.012、3.334、6.745、5.354、3.257、2.987、3.078、3.023,P均<0.05);干预后观察组患者满意度(92.68%)较对照组(73.17%)高,比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.175,P<0.05)。结论以新媒体为基础的健康教育能够提高患者对SLE知识的掌握水平,同时可以提高患者的生活质量及满意度。

Objective To discuss the application and intervention effect of new media-based health education in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and to provide reference for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients in clinics.Methods Eighty-two SLE patients who were treated in the Third People′s Hospital of Hangzhou from July 2015to February 2018were enrolled and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,with 41cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine health education,while those in the observation group received new media-based health education intervention.The SLE knowledge recognition,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,compared to patients in the control group,those in the observation group gained more knowledge of SLE,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.214,4.467,4.315,3.942,3.856,P<0.05).Meanwhile,the score of quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=2.012,3.334,6.745,5.354,3.257,2.987,3.078,3.023,P<0.05)and the satisfaction rate was also greatly higher(92.68%vs 73.17%;χ2=6.175,P<0.05).Conclusions New media-based health education can improve patients′knowledge of SLE and their quality of life,and increase the satisfaction rate as well.
