葡萄酒渣中微量元素浓度分析研究

摘要 目的探讨葡萄酒渣中微量元素的浓度及其分布状况。方法采用原子光谱分析法对葡萄酒渣中11种微量元素进行了分析测定:火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了Mg、Ni、Cu、Cr、Ca、Zn、Mn、Fe等8种元素;氢化物发生原子荧光法对Se的测定;石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了Cd、Pb两种元素。结果原子光谱法测定葡萄酒渣中11种微量元素浓度分析的标准曲线相关系数在0.9915~0.9998,各元素浓度均呈良好的线性关系。加标回收率在92.30%~114.62%,样本测量次数为8的相对标准差RSD<4.30%,本试验具有良好的准确性和精密度。结论本研究的试验数据表明葡萄酒渣中微量元素分布在葡萄皮、葡萄籽、葡萄酒泥中的浓度稍有不同。葡萄籽中镁、钙和锰的浓度较高,葡萄皮中锌的浓度较高,葡萄酒泥中铁和铜元素浓度较高,本试验研究对葡萄的综合利用提供有利的理论依据。 Objective To investigate the content and distribution of trace elements in grape wine residue.Methods There are 11 trace elements were analyzed and determined by atomic spectrum analysis.The flame atomization method determined 8 elements of Mg,Ni,Cu,Cr,Ca,Zn,Mn,Fe;Determination of Se by hydride generation atomic fluorescence method;Two elements Cd,Pb were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Results The correlation coefficient of the standard curve for the determination of11 trace elements in wine slag by atomic absorption spectrometry was within the range of 0.9915~0.9998.The standard recovery rate is between 92.30%and 114.62%,and the relative standard deviation RSD with a sample measurement frequency of 8 is less than 4.30%.This experiment has good accuracy and precision.Conclusions The experimental data showed that the content of trace elements in grape skin,grape seed and wine mud was slightly different.The content of magnesium,calcium and manganese in grape seeds is higher,and the content of zinc in grape skin is higher.The content of iron and copper in wine mud is high.This experimental study provides a favorable theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of grapes.
