Analysis of food safety risk monitoring results in Beijing troops

摘要 目的了解军队食品主要污染物及有害因素的污染状况,为军队食品安全监管提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查和统计分析方法,对2014-2017年期间部分驻京部队食品安全风险监测数据进行了统计分析和评估。结果在2014-2017年期间,驻京部队食品和餐饮具抽样总数45859件,总合格率为99.13%。餐饮具表面洁净度、食品的农药残留、硝酸盐、碱性橙Ⅱ和吊白块等检测指标超标率分居前5位。结论驻京部队食品安全风险较低,但部分食品和餐饮具仍存在较高风险,应针对各类污染物的特点采取控制措施。 Objective To understand the status of major pollutants and harmful factors in military food,and to provide scientific basis for military food safety supervision.Methods The data in this paper were selected from the database for Network website of Food Safety Risk Monitoring in Army,and the analysis was carried out by means of retrospective ascertainment and statistics methods.Results A total of 45859 samples were monitored during the course of 2014-2017 with a total qualified rate of 99.13%.The unqualified numbers of surface cleanliness,pesticide residues,nitrite,alkaline orangeⅡand hanging white blocks rank at the top five.Conclusion Food security risks of Beijing troops are generally low,but some food and tableware still have high risks.It is recommended that the control measures should be performed according to the characteristics of various pollutants.
