三种皮肤消毒剂的消毒效果比较

Comparison of disinfection effects on three kinds of skin disinfectants

目的观察3种皮肤消毒剂的消毒效果,为临床选择皮肤消毒剂提供科学依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和皮肤消毒现场试验方法,对3种皮肤消毒剂消毒效果进行实验室检测。结果体积分数75%乙醇和有效碘浓度为4600 mg/L的络合碘消毒液1∶9稀释液作用1.5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和大肠杆菌杀灭对数值均>5.00;原液擦拭消毒作用1.0 min,对皮肤自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均>1.00。浓度为2000 mg/L苯扎溴铵消毒液作用4.5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌杀灭对数值均>5.00,擦拭消毒作用2 min,对皮肤自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均>1.00。结论络合碘消毒液和75%乙醇较苯扎溴铵消毒效果快速且有效。

Objective To observe the disinfection effect of three kinds of skin disinfectants,and to provide scientific basis for clinical selection of skin disinfectants.Methods The quantitative suspension sterilization test and the skin disinfection field test were used to detect the disinfection effects of three kinds of skin disinfectants in laboratory.Results The volume fraction of 75%ethanol and the 1∶9 diluent of complex iodine disinfectant with an effective iodine concentration of 4600 mg/L were used for 1.5 min,and the killing logarithmic values of Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and E.coli in the suspension were all>5.00;Primary socution the wiping disinfection was for 1.0 min,and the average killing logarithmmic value of skin natural bacteria was>1.00.The concentration of 2000 mg/L benzalkonium bromide disinfection solution was for 4.5 min,and the killing logarithmic value of Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and E.coli in the suspension were all>5.00;the wiping disinfection was for 2 min,and the average killing logarithmmic value of skin natural bacteria was>1.00.Conclusion The complex iodine disinfectant and 75%ethanol are faster and more effective than benzalkonium bromide.
