影响克罗恩病术后疾病复发的手术相关因素研究进展

Surgical factors associated with postoperative disease recurrence in patients with Crohn′s disease

手术是克罗恩病(CD)重要的治疗手段之一,但手术并不能治愈CD,多数病人术后会出现疾病复发。CD术后疾病复发与手术时机、术式选择、吻合方式、肠系膜切除范围、手术切缘等手术相关因素相关。手术作为影响复发的一个重要因素值得引起重视。随着外科手术技术的不断优化、手术方式的不断创新以及CD外科治疗理念的不断更新,以消除手术风险因素为目的或以降低风险因素为导向的综合性、个体化的治疗策略是降低术后疾病复发的关键。

Surgery is one of the important treatments for Crohn’s disease,but CD cannot be cured by surgery,and most patients will have postoperative recurrence.The postoperative recurrence of CD was related to the timing of operation,choice of surgical method,type of anastomosis,range of mesenteric resection,surgical margin and other factors.As an important factor of recurrence,surgery should be paid attention to.With the continuous optimization of surgical techniques,the continuous innovation of surgical methods and the continuous updating of CD surgical treatment concept,comprehensive and individualized treatment strategies aimed at eliminating surgical risk factors or reducing risk factors are the key to reduce postoperative disease recurrence.
