摘要
采用聚酯/HAA固化体系,加入超细铝粉利用邦定工艺得到仿电镀粉末涂料。通过多指标正交实验分析对铝粉的种类、铝粉定向排列剂的用量、邦定转速、邦定时间4个因素的优化,得到最优的仿电镀银粉末涂料制备方案。
Imitation electroplated powder coatings were obtained by using the polyester/HAA curing system, adding ultra-fine aluminum powder and using the bonding process. Through the multi-index orthogonal test, analysis and optimization of the type of aluminum powder, the amount of aluminum powder directional alignment agent, bonding speed and bonding time, the optimal scheme of preparation of imitated electroplated silver powder coatings was obtained.
