血糖变异性对糖尿病慢性并发症影响及机制的研究进展

Research progress on the effect and mechanism of glucose variability on chronic complications of diabetes mellitus

血糖变异性(GV)反映BG波动情况,与DM慢性并发症密切相关。BG波动可诱导氧化应激、血管内皮功能障碍及炎症反应,与细胞代谢记忆、IR增加、胰岛β细胞功能障碍等相关,对机体的负面影响较持续高血糖更严重。GV可能成为评估BG控制及远期并发症的新标准。本文综述GV对DM慢性并发症影响及机制的研究进展。

Glucose variability(GV)reflects the fluctuation of blood glucose(BG)and is closely related to chronic complications of diabetes mellitus(DM).BG fluctuations can induce oxidative stress,vascular endothelial dysfunction,and inflammatory responses,which are associated with cellular metabolic memory,increased IR,pancreatic isletsβCell dysfunction and a more severe negative impact on the body than sustained hyperglycemia.GV may become a new criterion for evaluating BG control and long-term complications.This article reviews the research progress on the effects and mechanisms of GV on chronic complications of DM.
