医院血糖信息化管理模式对围手术期2型糖尿病调控效果的研究

Study on the effect of hospital blood glucose information management model on perioperative type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨医院血糖信息化管理模式对围手术期T2DM调控的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月于南京医科大学附属江苏盛泽医院普外科、骨科诊治的围手术期T2DM患者250例,分为干预组(IG,n=150)和对照组(Con,n=100),IG组采用医院血糖信息化管理模式,Con组采用科室自我管理及内分泌科会诊的传统模式。比较两组住院时长、FPG、2 hPG、低血糖次数及程度、质量高血糖评分(QHS)等。结果IG组QHS评分高于Con组(P<0.05),FPG、2 hPG、住院时长低于Con组(P<0.05)。IG组术后严重低血糖次数低于Con组(P<0.05)。结论血糖信息化管理模式较传统模式可更好地管理围手术期T2DM患者血糖,且安全性更高。

Objective To explore the effect of hospital blood glucose information management model on perioperative type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)regulation.Methods 250 perioperative T2DM inpatients in the Department of General Surgery and Orthopedics of Jiangsu Shengze Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into intervention group(IG,n=150)and control group(Con,n=100).The blood glucose(BG)of T2DM patients in IG group was managed using hospital BG information management mode.to manage BG,while the Con group used traditional mode,namely department self-management and endocrinology consultation mode to manage BG.The patients in Con group used the traditional mode of self-management and endocrinology consultation for BG control.The items of days in hospital,average levels of FPG and 2 hPG,frequency and severity of hypoglycemic events and quality hyperglycemia score(QHS)were compared.Results Compared with Con group,QHS score of IG group was higher(P<0.05),while FPG,2 hPG and days in hospital were lower(P<0.05).The frequency of severe hypoglycemia in IG group after surgery was lower than that in Con group(P<0.05).Conclusion The information based BG management model can more safely and effectively manage blood glucose levels in perioperative T2DM patients compared to traditional models.
