中华优秀传统文化融入研究生导师立德树人职责研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究生导师在教育和引导研究生的过程中,主动提升德育意识,是"双一流"高校建设的进程中十分重要的环节。将中华传统优秀文化融入研究生导师立德树人职责的研究,有利于强化导师的基本素质,有利于助力导师完成基本职责,有利于提升导学关系的进一步发展,有利于推动"双一流"高校的建设。第一,中华优秀传统文化具有丰富的内涵。中华优秀传统文化,是中华民族有别于其他民族的独特标识,包含了中华民族最基本的文化基因;指引中华民族走向创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展道路;高尚的文化意识和深刻的历史责任感,成为中华民族深沉的精神追求;其核心价值,是中华民族最深厚的文化软实力。第二,将中华优秀传统文化中的师道要求和职业规范融入研究生导师的基本素质和基本职责中,以德立学、以德立身、以德施教,充分提高研究生的基础知识、理想信念、道德情操,发挥导师引路人作用,提升我国研究生培养质量。第三,中华优秀传统文化融入研究生导师立德树人职责的路径,可以将中华优秀传统文化中的师道要求融入研究生导师的基本素质;将中华优秀传统文化中的职业规范融入研究生导师的基本职责:(1)将励志教育融入提升研究生思想政治素质中;(2)将诚信教育融入指导研究生恪守学术道德规范中;(3)将仁爱教育融入对研究生人文关怀中;(4)将因材施教融入培养研究生学术创新能力中;(5)将家国情怀融入增强研究生社会责任感中。高校可以尝试通过营造学校环境、完善支持系统两个层面,利用人力资源部门、信息化建设部门、宣传部门、学生工作部门等共同为导师开展工作提供系统化培训、发展性辅导、体验式活动和新媒体手段;通过提供评价性支持、情感性支持、信息性支持和服务性支持等多维度的支持系统来鼓励和促使导师敢于面对困难,更好地履行职责。 It is a very important link that the supervisors of postgraduates actively promote the consciousness of moral education,educate and guide postgraduates to advocate moral education in the process of the construction of"double first-class"universities.A study on the integration of excellent Chinese traditional culture into the duties of postgraduate supervisors is conducive to strengthening the basic quality of supervisors,helping them to complete their basic duties,promoting the future development of the supervisorpostgraduate relations,and promoting the construction of"double first-class"universities.First,the excellent Chinese traditional culture has rich connotations.It is the unique mark of the Chinese nation different from other nations.It contains the most basic cultural gene of the Chinese nation.It guides the Chinese nation to the development path of innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing.It has become the deep spiritual pursuit of the Chinese nation.It is the most profound cultural soft power of the Chinese nation.Second,integrating the excellent Chinese traditional culture into the requirements of the basic qualities and basic duties of graduate supervisors can fully improve the basic knowledge,ideals,beliefs and moral sentiments of postgraduates and give full play to the role of supervisors as guides.It is necessary to improve the quality of postgraduate education in China.Thirdly,the way to integrate the excellent Chinese traditional culture into the requirements of the basic qualities and basic duties of graduate supervisors:1)to integrate inspirational education into improving the ideological and political quality of graduate students;2)to integrate integrity education into guiding graduate students to abide by academic ethics;3)to integrate kindness education into humanistic care for graduate students;4)to integrate teaching in accordance with students’aptitude into academic innovation;and 5)to integrate the feelings of homeland into the sense of social responsibility of graduate students.Colleges and universities can try to provide systematic training,developmental guidance,experiential activities and new media means for supervisors to carry out their work by building a school environment and improving the support system from human resources departments,information construction departments,publicity departments and students’affairs departments.By providing multi-dimensional support systems such as evaluative support,emotional support,informational support and service support,supervisors are encouraged to face difficulties and continue to perform their duties.
