从七普数据看我国区域格局变化特征及趋势

Characteristics and trends of regional pattern changes in China:Based on the Seventh National Population Census

区域格局是我国宏观调控的重点、焦点和难点,随着人口格局与经济格局变动的一致性增强,利用第七次全国人口普查数据(简称“七普数据”)研究我国区域格局变动特征和趋势具有重要理论价值和现实意义。研究发现:我国人口格局变化呈现出转折性变化新特征,受市场化机制、交通信息通达度、科技创新活力、地理空间距离和政府公共产品等因素影响,未来区域格局变动将呈现局部极化和总体协调、收缩型区域增多和扩张型区域减少、乡—城流动放缓和城—城流动增强、区域重大战略内部联系紧密与区域重大战略之间融合发展等趋势。基于研究结果,针对性地提出促进我国区域格局优化的对策建议。

Regional pattern is the keynote,focus and difficulty of China’s macroeconomic regulation.With the increase of the consistency between population and economic,it has important theoretical value and practical significance to study the characteristics and trends of regional pattern changes in China using the data from the Seventh National People’s Congress.Research found that the changes in China’s population pattern have shown new characteristics.The evolution of regional pattern is influenced by factors such as marketization mechanism,transportation information accessibility,technological innovation vitality,geographical spatial distance,and government public goods.The regional pattern in China has shown four major trends,such as local polarization and overall coordination,an increase in shrinking regions and a decrease in expanding regions,a slowdown in rural-urban mobility and an increase in urban-urban mobility,close internal connections within major regional strategies and integration and development between major regional strategies.Targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to promote the optimization of China’s regional pattern.
