区域发展背景下的地方高校产教城融合发展路径研究——基于“三螺旋”模型

Integration of industry,education and city under the background of regional development——Based on the“triple helix”model

“三螺旋”模型是进行产教融合研究的重要理论模型之一,产教融合只有融入当地城市乃至区域发展才能获得良性发展。基于“三螺旋”模型对产教城融合的发展路径进行阶段性特征研究,并基于京津冀区域内地方高校产教融合的现状进行数据调研。研究结果显示,这个区域内地方高校产教城融合处于“三螺旋”上升的第二阶段,已经开始步入融合—发展的正循环。针对京津冀区域内地方高校产教城融合存在的问题,提出未来应加大区域特色的产教融合政策建设,完善构建区域应用型本科特色的办学模式,多方位构建产教城融合利益共同体,以打造城市群产教融合典范。

The“triple helix”model is one of the important theoretical models for the research on the integration of industry and education.The integration of industry and education must be integrated into the development of local cities and even regions in order to achieve benign development.Based on the“triple helix”model,this study conducted a phased feature study on the development path of industry-education-city integration,and conducted a data survey based on the status quo of industry education integration of local universities in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.The research results show that the industry-education-city integration of local universities in this region is in the second phase of the“triple helix”rise,and has begun to enter the positive cycle of integration development.In view of the problems existing in the integration of industry,education and city of local universities in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,it is proposed that in the future,we should strengthen the policy construction of industry and education integration with regional characteristics,improve the school running mode with regional application-oriented undergraduate characteristics,and build a community of interests of industry,education and city integration in many ways to create a model of industry and education integration in urban agglomeration.
