基于熵值法的三大城市群之间金融集聚测度横向比较研究

Horizontal Comparative Study on the Measurement of Financial Agglomeration among Three Urban Agglomerations Based on Entropy Method

本文通过金融发展规模、金融发展环境和金融发展效率3个维度构建金融集聚水平综合评价体系,利用熵值法对粤港澳大湾区、长三角城市群、京津冀城市群各城市的金融集聚情况进行分析。研究结果发现:各城市群均有一个城市金融集聚水平较高,作为区域金融中心;三大城市群的横向比较中,其内部协调机制和分工的不同,导致其金融集聚的得分情况和一级指标的得分情况不尽相同;北京金融集聚水平比香港高,主要是全国金融公司总部和清算中心大多设置在北京的原因。最后,提出相应的建议以促进区域经济的协调发展,助力实现高质量发展,构建新发展格局。

This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of financial agglomeration level through the three dimensions of financial development scale,financial development environment and financial development efficiency,and uses entropy method to evaluate the financial agglomeration of cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.The results of the study found that:each city cluster has a city with a higher level of financial agglomeration as a regional financial center;in the horizontal comparison of the three major city clusters,its internal coordination mechanism and division of labor are different,leading to its financial agglomeration score and first-level scores of the indicators are not the same;Beijing’s financial agglomeration level is higher than that of Hong Kong,mainly because the headquarters and clearing centers of national financial companies are mostly located in Beijing.Finally,it puts forward corresponding suggestions to promote the coordinated development of regional economy,help achieve high-quality development,and build a new development pattern.
