摘要
企业发展的核心要素就是确保人才管理的科学性和合理性,并有效发挥人才在企业发展中的作用。以企业核心能力理论研究成果为指导,以企业员工激励机制为研究对象,针对我国企业人力资源管理的激励方式现状,利用文献收集、数据分析等研究手段,了解企业员工激励方式现状和存在的问题。将企业核心能力理论结合激励理论应用到企业人力资源管理创新中去,全面地思考人力资源管理的各个方面,同时提出一些具体有效的改进思路和方法。希望为我国中小企业在完善人力资源管理体系、实现员工与企业双赢提供有价值的参考。
The core element of enterprise development is to ensure the scientificity and rationality of talent management and give full play to the role of talents in enterprise development.Guided by the theoretical research results of enterprise core competence and taking the enterprise employee incentive mechanism as the research object,aiming at the current situation of incentive methods of enterprise human resource management in china,this paper understands the current situation and existing problems of enterprise employee incentive methods through literature collection,data analysis and other research means.Apply the enterprise core competence theory combined with incentive theory to the innovation of enterprise human resource management,comprehensively think about all aspects of human resource management,and put forward some specific and effective improvement ideas and methods.Hope to provide valuable reference for china’s small and medium-sized enterprises in improving human resource management system and realizing win-win between employees and enterprises.
