摘要
高质量发展理念下,贵州喀斯特地区生态旅游正在面临新的机遇和挑战。基于PSR(压力—状态—响应)基本原理,构建贵州喀斯特地区生态旅游高质量发展模型,从"资源—产品""需求—市场""创新—人才"和"政府—政策"4个视角分析该地区生态旅游高质量发展动力机制,进而提出生态旅游高质量发展的优化对策。建议包括促进生态旅游产品体系高质量开发、厚植生态旅游高质量发展人才支撑、制定生态旅游高质量发展产业政策、保护生态旅游高质量发展资源环境。
Under the concept of high-quality development,the development of ecotourism in Guizhou-Karst-Area is facing new opportunities and challenges.This paper constructs a high-quality development model of eco-tourism in karst areas of Guizhou.Based on the basic principle of PSR(pressure-state-response),the logical mechanism of high-quality development of eco-tourism is analyzed.This paper studies the dynamic mechanism of high-quality development of ecotourism from the perspectives of"resources-products","demand-market","innovation-talent"and"government-policy",and then puts forward four optimization countermeasures for high-quality development of ecotourism.It includes promoting the high-quality development of eco-tourism product system,strengthening the support of high-quality talents for eco-tourism development,formulating industrial policies for high-quality development of eco-tourism,and protecting the resources and environment for high-quality development of eco-tourism.
