我国民办高校人才培养现状及对策研究

The Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Talent Training in Private Colleges and Universities in China

在高等教育普及化阶段到来之际,本文运用SWOT分析法对我国民办高校人才培养的内部优、劣势与外部机会和威胁进行研究,找出我国民办高校发展过程中存在的各种问题,最后,提出针对性的对策建议。

At the time of the popularization of higher education,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to study the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of personnel training in private colleges and universities in China,finds out various problems existing in the development process of private colleges and universities in China,and finally puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
