湛江农业增长存在的问题、原因及对策

Problems, Causes and Countermeasures of Agricultural Growth in Zhanjiang

为了促进湛江农业的发展,本文研究了湛江市农业的基本概况,包括农业总产值、农业结构、农业发展存在的问题等方面。在此基础上,用实证分析的方法,对湛江市1990-2015年的农业生产总值、农业机械总动力、有效灌溉面积和化肥施用折纯量的数据进行了多元线性回归分析。对回归结果进行了杜宾检验和广义差分法修正。结果表明湛江市农业生产总值与农业机械总动力、有效灌溉面积和化肥施用折纯量之间存在正相关关系。基于上述工作,为了更好地解决湛江市农业问题,促进农业更快更好的发展,本文提出若干政策建议:提高农业装备水平、提高机械化程度;加快农业基础设施和产业配套建设、提高农业灌溉面积;推进农业技术创新、鼓励和引导高素质人才投身农村建设等。

In order to promote the development of agriculture in Zhanjiang,this paper studies the basic situation of agriculture in Zhanjiang City,including the total agricultural output value,agricultural structure,and problems in agricultural development.On this basis,using the method of empirical analysis,a multiple linear regression analysis was performed on the data of the total agricultural production value,the total power of agricultural machinery,the effective irrigation area and the scalar amount of fertilizer application in Zhanjiang City from 1990 to 2015.The regression results were modified by Dubin test and generalized difference method.The results show that there is a positive correlation between the total agricultural production value,the total power of agricultural machinery,the effective irrigation area and the scalar amount of chemical fertilizer in Zhanjiang City.Based on the above work,in order to better solve the agricultural problems in Zhanjiang City and promote faster and better development of agriculture,this article puts forward some policy recommendations,such as improving the level of agricultural equipment,increasing the degree of mechanization,accelerating the construction of agricultural infrastructure and industrial supporting facilities,increasing the area of agricultural irrigation,promoting agricultural technology innovation,encouraging and guiding high-quality talents to participate in rural construction,etc.
