摘要
后疫情时代对粤港澳大湾区的发展提出了新的挑战;而建设高质量创新生态系统则是粤港澳大湾区构建湾区治理范式的重要视角。本文在回顾湾区治理范式的理论文献基础上,对粤港澳大湾区创新生态系统建设成效进行了总体回顾分析。进而提出了大湾区创新生态系统的治理诉求和治理机制创新。本文的主要贡献在于采用湾区治理分析框架,研究创新生态系统的治理问题,回应后疫情时代高质量发展的实践主题。
The post-epidemic era has put forward new challenges to the development of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area.The construction of high-quality innovative ecosystem is an important perspective for the Great Bay Area(GBA)governance paradigm.Based on the theoretical reviews of bay area governance paradigm,this paper evaluates the effectiveness of BGA innovative ecosystem.Furthermore,it puts forward the governance demands and governance mechanism of GBA.The main contribution of this paper is to adopt the bay area governance analysis framework,investigates the governance of GBA innovative ecosystems,and respond to the practical theme of high-quality development in the post-epidemic era.
