摘要
本文借鉴社会交换理论和社会认同理论,以250名企业员工为样本探讨现代组织中推动员工知识分享行为的原因及激励因素。结果表明:(A)信息公平对员工知识分享行为存在显著的正向影响;(B)组织认同在信息公平对员工知识分享行为的影响中存在中介作用;(C)公平敏感性显著调节信息公平与员工组织认同之间的关系。
Based on the theory of social exchange and social identity,this paper discusses to explore the reasons and incentive factors that promote employees’knowledge sharing behavior in modern organizations.The results show that:(A)informational justice has a significant positive impact on employee knowledge sharing behavior;(B)organizational identification has an intermediary role in the impact of informational justice on employee knowledge sharing behavior;(C)justice sensitivity significantly moderates the relationship between informational justice and employee organizational identification.
