Research on Strengthening the Connotation Construction of Foreign Languages Discipline in the Context of New Liberal Arts:Taking Comparative Literature and Intercultural Orientation as a Perspective

随着新文科建设的启动与实施,比较文学与跨文化研究在外语学科内涵建设中迎来了重大发展机遇。新文科建设的一个重要任务是跨学科融通,而比较文学与跨文化研究作为外语学科新的专业方向,其显著特征便是跨学科性。比较文学与跨文化研究推进不同文学之间的比较研究,跨越不同文化的区隔,促进各文明的沟通与理解,在“一带一路”倡议和中国文化“走出去”的人文交流中发挥着不可替代的作用。分析比较文学与跨文化研究在外语学科内涵建设中所面临的问题与困境,在此基础上探索比较文学与跨文化研究在外语学科开展的策略与措施,旨在新文科建设背景下发挥比较文学与跨文化研究在人文性、专业性、博雅通识、中外会通等方面的牵引作用,为外语学科内涵建设添砖加瓦。

With the launch and implementation of the new liberal arts construction,comparative literature and intercultural studies have ushered in a major development opportunity in the connotation construction of foreign languages discipline.One of the important tasks in the construction of new liberal arts is interdisciplinary integration,and comparative literature and intercultural studies,as a new professional direction in foreign languages discipline,is significantly characterized by interdisciplinarity.Comparative literature and intercultural studies promotes the comparative study of different literatures,transcends the separation of different cultures,promotes the communication and understanding of civilizations,and plays an irreplaceable role in the humanistic exchanges of the“One Belt,One Road”Initiative and the“Going Global”of Chinese culture.Analyzing the problems and dilemmas faced by comparative literature and intercultural studies in the connotation construction of foreign languages discipline,and exploring the strategies and measures for the development of comparative literature and intercultural studies in foreign languages discipline on this basis,aim at giving full play to the pulling role of comparative literature and intercultural studies in the context of the construction of the new liberal arts in terms of humanism,specialization,liberal arts,and Chinese foreign convergence,and so on,so as to add more strength to the connotation construction of foreign languages discipline.
