摘要
校外导师在专业学位研究生培养中起着重要作用,但人们对其角色的认知、理解并不完善。从结构—功能—环境理论的视角对一所大学的专业学位研究生进行质性研究发现:指导内容上,校外导师的统一指导与学生的个性化需求之间存在矛盾;指导过程上,校外导师的忙碌状态与学生实时性的需求之间存在矛盾;指导效果上,预期效果与实际情况之间存在差距。上述问题的形成与监管机构缺乏、评价体系缺乏,以及绩效主义的制度环境有关。解决上述问题,应从校外导师发展构成、评价体系建设以及制度环境营造等方面入手进行深化改革。
Off-campus supervisors play an important role in the cultivation of professional degree students,but the knowledge and understanding of their role are not perfect.A qualitative study of professional degree students in one university from a structural-functional-theoretical perspective found that:in terms of guidance content there is a contradiction between the unifed guidance of off-campus supervisors and the individual needs of students;in terms of the guidance process,there is a contradiction between the hectic state of off-campus supervisors and the real-time needs of students;in terms of the effectiveness of the guidance,there is a gap between the expected effect and the actual situation;the formation of the above problems is related to the regulatory body's The formation of the above problems is related to the lack of regulatory organizations,the lack of evaluation system and the institutional environment of performanceism.In order to solve the above problems,we should deepen the reform ftom the aspects of the development of off-campus tutors,the construction of the evaluation system and the creation of the institutional environment.
