新文科背景下教育学科高质量发展的战略思考

Strategic thinking on the high quality development of educational discipline under the background of the Construction of New Liberal Arts

摘要 在新文科建设和“双一流”建设的战略背景下,我国教育学科建设既迎来了前所未有的机遇,又面临着高质量发展的重大挑战。因此,在教育学科高质量发展过程中,一要秉持“系统性”“跨界性”“关键性”的战略思维,实施战略谋划;二要围绕教育学科高质量发展的时段定位,承担起教育学科所肩负的人才培养、科学研究与社会服务的三大学科使命,实现办学定位从“教学型”到“研究型”再到“高水平研究型”的超越;三要明确战略主题,以“高峰计划”作为行动靶点,实施国际化、服务化与理论化的高峰行动;四要基于战略思维、战略定位、战略主题,从党建思政、人才培养、队伍建设、国际交流、社会服务、科学研究等方面构建教育学科高质量发展的战略行动框架,促使教育学科在新文科建设和“双一流”建设中谋求高质量发展,确立自身的身份地位。 Under the strategic background of national"double first-class"construction and new liberal arts construction,China’s educational discipline construction has not only ushered in unprecedented opportunities,but also faced major challenges of high-quality development.Therefore,in the process of high-quality development of educational disciplines,first,we should adhere to the strategic thinking of"systematic","cross-border"and"key"and implement strategic planning;Second,we should focus on the period positioning of the high-quality development of the education discipline,undertake the three university discipline missions of talent training,scientific research and social service shouldered by the education discipline,and realize the transcendence of the school running positioning from"teaching type"to"research type"and then to"high-level research type";Third,we should clarify the strategic theme,take the"Summit Plan"as the action target,and implement the international,service-oriented and theoretical summit action;Fourth,based on strategic thinking,strategic positioning and strategic themes,we should build a strategic action framework for the high-quality development of educational disciplines from the aspects of Party building,ideological and political work,personnel training,team building,international exchanges,social services and scientific research,so as to promote the educational disciplines to seek high-quality development and establish their own status in the construction of"double firstclass"and new liberal arts.
