教育的不确定性

摘要 教育是一项非常重要的人类活动,而且,随着科学技术、经济全球化和知识经济的发展,其重要性会愈加凸显。在本文中,我们把教育置于人类根本性活动的范畴之内,借助人类行动的基本性质和特征,揭示作为受教育者的学生与包括教师在内的“复多性”人之间的关系,从而确立了学生在教育中的主体地位。我们的分析还指出,不确定性是教育的本质属性,任何试图用制作代替教育行动的企图,都会扼杀学生的内在潜力,而且,这种伤害是不可逆的,将会在学生身上留下永久的印迹。降低教育不确定性的办法只能存在于教育行动之中,依赖于教育行动的启新和创造属性。 Education is a very important human activity,and,with the development of science and technology,economic globalization and knowledge-based economy,its importance will become increasingly prominent.In this paper,we put education in the category of human fundamental activities,with the basic nature and characteristics of human action,reveal the relationship between students as educatees and multiple people including teachers,thus establishing the dominant position of students in education.Our analysis also points out that uncertainty is the essential attribute of education,and any attempt to replace educational action with production will stifle the inherent potential of students,and this damage is irreversible,leaving a permanent imprint on students.The way to reduce the uncertainty of education can only exist in educational action,which depends on the enlightening and creative attributes of educational action.
