基于德尔菲法构建近视中医护理方案

The Development of a Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Program for Myopia Based on the Delphi Method

目的基于德尔菲法构建近视中医护理方案。方法根据纳入标准,成立研究组,编制函询问卷、制定专家组纳入标准、基于德尔菲法推进研究过程,并对各位专家反馈的函询问卷的专家积极系数、专家权威系数、专家意见协调程度和专家意见集中程度进行统计分析,最终形成近视中医护理方案。结果(1)一般情况:共纳入15名专家,基于德尔菲法,共发放了两轮函询问卷。(2)专家积极系数:两轮专家函询均发放问卷15份,收回15份,有效问卷回收率均为100%,专家积极系数为100%。(3)专家权威系数:第1轮、第2轮专家权威系数分别为0.82和0.87。(4)专家意见协调程度:第1轮、第2轮各级指标的专家意见协调程度均较高,均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。(5)专家意见集中程度:第2轮专家函询意见基本一致,最终形成一级指标7项、二级指标19项、三级指标61项的近视中医护理方案。结论基于德尔菲法所建立的近视中医护理方案科学合理,可为临床实施近视中医护理方案提供参考。

OBJECTIVE To construct a Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing program for myopia using the Delphi method.METHODS A research group was established according to inclusion criteria.An inquiry questionnaire was prepared,expert inclusion criteria was established,and the research process was carried out using the Delphi method.Statistical analysis was conducted on expert feedback,including expert enthusiasm,authority,opinion coordination,and consensus.The final TCM nursing program for myopia was developed.RESULTS(1)General Information:A total of 15 experts were included in the study.The Delphi method was used through two rounds of inquiry questionnaires.(2)Expert Enthusiasm:In both rounds,15 questionnaires were distributed and collected,resulting in a 100%effective questionnaire recovery rate and a 100%expert enthusiasm rate.(3)Expert Authority:The expert authority coefficients in the first and second rounds were 0.82 and 0.87,respectively.(4)Expert Opinion Coordination:The expert opinion coordination for all levels of indicators was relatively high in both the first and second rounds,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(5)Expert Consensus:In the second round,expert opinions were generally consistent,leading to the final development of a TCM nursing program for myopia,which included seven primary indicators,19 secondary indicators,and 61 tertiary indicators.CONCLUSIONS The TCM nursing program for myopia developed using the Delphi method is scientifically sound and can provide a reference for implementing TCM nursing programs for myopia in clinical practice.
